j333 Terms and Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities as a Player

1. Introduction

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 per transaction.
• Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your j333 wallet instantly upon confirmed receipt.
• Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet are subject to the processing times of your bank, typically within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• All funds deposited to j333 must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
• j333 does not accept cash deposits, money orders, or cryptocurrency.
• j333 reserves the right to return deposits from unverified payment sources pending completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

5. Withdrawals

j333 is committed to processing player withdrawals quickly and without unnecessary delays. We aim to process all standard withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within five (5) minutes of approval, subject to the conditions below.

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own verified name.
• j333 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a regulatory requirement under PAGCOR licensing and anti-money laundering laws.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the specific bonus. No withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus winnings will be processed until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• j333 may delay or withhold withdrawal processing if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, breach of these Terms, or if a regulatory requirement necessitates a hold.

6. Bonuses, Free Spins & Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback, and promotional offers at j333 are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time of the offer, as well as the following general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. j333 reserves the right to exclude specific players or accounts from any promotional offer.
• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period of the bonus. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of this period.

• Each player is entitled to claim each standard welcome offer once only. Using multiple accounts or payment methods to claim offers more than once is considered bonus abuse and grounds for account suspension.
• Cashback promotions, where offered, are calculated based on net losses within the stated qualifying period and credited at the times specified in each promotion.

7. Game Rules & Betting Rules

All games offered at j333 — including Sabong, Tongits, JILI Slots, sports betting, esports betting, and casino games — are subject to the specific rules published within each game or section, as well as the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. j333 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in cases of obvious system error or as required by specific game rules.

• If a dispute cannot be resolved through j333's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority in the Philippines.
• These Terms and all disputes arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13. Account Suspension, Closure & Termination

j333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed in Section 8.
• Where j333 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Where required by PAGCOR or any other regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Where maintaining the account would expose j333 to legal or reputational risk.

You may close your account at any time by contacting j333 support at support@j333.click. Upon closure, any outstanding verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to j333 and after satisfying applicable regulatory requirements.
